She wants to be called simply as “Shiloh Jolie” at this time, which is her first mature move.
Shiloh turned in the paperwork on Memorial Day, which was also her birthday, according to a recent TMZ piece. Even if the name change proposal hasn’t been officially authorized yet, it should happen soon.
